Cancellation policy

We are aware that there are unforeseen events and unexpected situations that can affect your plans. For this reason, and to provide you with security at the time of booking, we offer you the following totally secure and transparent cancellation policies.

• Flexible cancellations and changes:
  • 72h before check-in, 100% refund.




• Semi-Flexible cancellations and changes:
  • 10% non-refundable charge at the time of booking.
  • 20% non-refundable charge 48 hours before check-in.
  • 50% non-refundable charge 24 hours before check-in.
  • 100% non-refundable charge on the day of reservation.

Early departure (if the reservation holder and / or his companions leave the establishment before the check-out time of his reservation): the total amount of the reservation is charged as a penalty.

Returns will be made within 15 business days after the completion of the course, by electronic transfer in the name of the person who made it.
