Cancellation Policy

We are aware that unforeseen events and unexpected situations can affect your plans. Therefore, to provide you with security at the time of booking, we offer the following cancellation policies that are completely safe and transparent.

• Flexible cancellations and changes:
• 72 hours before check-in: 100% refund.
• Semi-flexible cancellations and changes:
• 10% non-refundable charge upon booking.
• 20% non-refundable charge 48 hours before check-in.
• 50% non-refundable charge 24 hours before check-in.
• 100% non-refundable charge on the day of booking.

Early check-out (if the reservation holder and/or accompanying guests leave the establishment before the scheduled check-out time): the total amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty.

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the course completion, via electronic transfer in the name of the person who made the payment.
